Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be shipped. We will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible ; as a small business and the nature of our pieces, occasionally this can take longer. We will contact you should there be any further delay. For Australia, expect shipping of 7 working days. International shipping please expect 15 working days.
Please note that majority of our showpieces are made-to-order and will be shipped to you after a full 2 weeks of production. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers may be charged taxes and import duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate. International delivery times vary depending on destination – for more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

SOUTH AFRICA

We are happy to be fulfilling orders in South Africa, our home country. These pieces will be made up especially for you on a made-to-order basis. For more details and special orders contact info@isucollections.com

RETURNS

Owing to the nature of our jewellery, returns are not accepted, unless the item is faulty. If you have any concerns or would like to exchange your piece for a larger or smaller size, please contact us. We'd be happy to help.
