Our Handbeaded Sunglass Chains are crafted from high quality glass beads and strong cotton cord. Look closely and you’ll spot a chain of daisies, intricately stitched into the design.

The Daisy Stitch holds a special place in our hearts as it's a nostalgic nod to Durban, Kwazulu Natal, in the ’90s, where local beaders lined the beachfront under thatched stalls, their vibrant creations swaying in the sea breeze.

As a child, I would spend hours wandering from one stall to the next—eating candyfloss, discovering mood rings, dolphin and yin & yang pendants, and having my hair braided with colourful beaded ends by the craftswomen. Those from South Africa will hopefully share this dreamlike nostalgia with us, while those from elsewhere can still appreciate the intricate yet playful design and colour combinations.
